We Diagnose

We do complete care for your eyes. There are many diseases about eyes and some major diagnose are as followings.

Dry Eyes

Dry eyes is a common condition that occurs when your tears aren’t able to provide adequate lubrication for your eyes. Tears can be inadequate for many reasons. For example, dry eyes may occur if you don’t produce enough tears or if you produce poor-quality tears. Dry eyes feel uncomfortable.

Corneal Infection

Corneal infections can be caused by bacteria, viruses or even less common organisms like fungi or amoebas. All of these organisms are common in our environment. For an infection to occur, the germ has to penetrate into the cornea. Fortunately, the cornea has some defense mechanisms to prevent this.

Keratoconus

Keratoconus is a progressive eye disease in which the normally round cornea thins and begins to bulge into a cone-like shape. This cone shape deflects light as it enters the eye on its way to the light-sensitive retina, causing distorted vision.

Eye Allergy

Allergic eye disease is a very common condition and is more often seen in children which can become a worrisome condition for both the child as well as the parents.

Corneal Transplants

A cornea transplant is a surgical procedure to replace part of your cornea with corneal tissue from a donor. Your cornea is the transparent, dome-shaped surface of your eye that accounts for a large part of your eye’s focusing power.

Pterygium

Pterygium eye is a degenerative condition of the conjunctiva that proliferates as a fibrovascular growth to invade the cornea. Pterygium eye is referred to as a pinkish wing-shaped ocular surface lesion or a benign tissue growth onto the cornea.

Eye Injury

Direct blows to the eye can damage the skin and other tissues around the eye, the eyeball, or the bones of the eye socket. Blows to the eye often cause bruising around the eye (black eye) or cuts to the eyelid. If a blow to the eye or a cut to the eyelid occurred during an accident.

Ocular Surface Disease

There are many causes ocular surface disease, but the 2 most common ones are “dry eye syndrome” and “blepharitis”. The most common symptoms of dry eye syndrome are a dry, gritty, sandy sensation in the eyes, but symptoms also include redness, mucous discharge, fluctuation of vision, contact lens intolerance, and ironically, excess tearing.
